简介:主要研究表观遗传因子尤其是组蛋白修饰的writer/eraser/reader蛋白在基因转录调控、复制、DNA损伤修复等染色质事件中的分子机能,及其如何参与机体发育及肿瘤发生发展。以第一作者或责任作者身份在《Molecular Cell》、《Nature Communications》、《Annual Review of Physiology》、《EMBO Reports》、《Oncogene》和《Journal of Molecular Cell Biology》等主流学术期刊发表论文,并作为合作作者在《Nature》、《Nature Genetics》、《Cell》、《Cancer Cell》、《Molecular Cell》、《PNAS》等发表论文21篇。
