实验室主要利用冷冻电镜等生物化学与生物物理学方法开展真菌药物靶点的结构与功能研究,以及基于结构的抗真菌药物研发。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和国家海外高层次人才项目。近年来以第一/或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature,Nat Struct Mol Biol等国际一流杂志发表了多篇重要研究论文。
